All Ireland Security Services Ltd is a Northern Ireland-based security company providing professional, dependable and preventative security solutions to businesses, farms, organisations and local communities.
The company was founded by Darren Paul, who brings 30 years of frontline security experience, including 16 years in security management. This experience shapes our practical approach: understanding the risks faced by each client and providing security arrangements tailored to their property, operations and budget.
Our name reflects both the standard we have set for ourselves and the company we intend to become. We believe a professional security service begins with properly trained, motivated and fairly rewarded officers. Our aim is to pay our security personnel £14.80 per hour—a London-level rate despite operating in Northern Ireland. The yearly London rate will, going forward, help us to attract experienced people, improve staff retention and provide clients with motivated officers who take genuine pride in their work.
